The major scientific contributions of SPI Honorary Member, Benedita Rocha (1949-2021), were recognised with a beautiful tribute and inauguration of a street with her name in Praia das Maçãs (Lisbon district). The SPI President and Treasurer were present to pay tribute to Benedita Rocha and her legacy, alongside her husband, António Freitas (also SPI Honorary Member) and family, and various other notable Portugal-based and Paris-based scientists.
